
Take your essential oils everywhere with Plant Therapy’s Portable Diffuser, Travel Essential Oil Blend, and Travel Pack! This portable diffuser can go with you anywhere and diffuse for up to three hours continuously on battery power alone. With an easy USB charging option and 50 mL reservoir, you can slip this diffuser into your cupholder, plug it into USB power, and enjoy continuous diffusion until the water runs out, or select one of three intermittent diffusion settings. When plugged in, this diffuser will last up to 4-5 hours in continuous mode or 8-10 hours in intermittent mode.
Basic Operations: Place your diffuser on a firm, flat, and level surface. Fully charge the device before first use. Charge the diffuser with a power adaptor socket or USB port. The diffuser can operate continuously when plugged in USB power.
Hold the body, rotate the top counter-clockwise to unlock the metal cover. Add water into the reservoir until it reaches the RED maximum water marker. Do not overfill. Add 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil to the water reservoir. Replace the metal cover and rotate clockwise to secure, making sure the lock marks are aligned. Press the button to start the device.
Mist Operations: Press once: Diffuse continuously until it runs out of water. Press twice: Diffuse for 30 minutes and then shut off. Press three times: Diffuse at 5 minutes on/5 minutes off intervals until it runs out of water. Press four times: Diffuse for 30 seconds on/30 seconds off intervals until it runs out of water.
Battery LED Indicator: – Charging (cool white light) – Full Battery (warm white light) – Low Battery (flashing warm white light)
Always disconnect the AC adaptor from the device and power off the device before cleaning. Hold the base and rotate counter clockwise to take off the outer cover. Pour the water out from the opposite side of the ventilation hole.
This diffuser measures approximately 2.75 inches in diameter. For best results when used on the road, please ensure the diffuser fits snugly into your cupholder. Any jostling or tipping of the diffuser may cause the water inside to activate the diffuser’s safety sensor, causing it to shut off operations.
Use a clean cloth and neutral cleanser to wipe down the reservoir. Then rinse with clean water and wipe dry with a cloth. We recommend cleaning your diffuser twice a week when used regularly.

We strive to provide our customers with an excellent customer experience. Our Standard delivery service is via Express post Auspost ($15 shipping fee Australia-wide) & and we are in contact with our freight services to ensure we can provide as best of an experience possible.
Given the current network delays Australia-wide, we are expecting a 5-7 business day turnaround on parcels to be delivered post-dispatch. We thank you for your understanding & really appreciate your patience with delivery delays.
How long does delivery normally take?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. Depending on your location, delivery will take between 2-4 business days within Australia and 10 – 30 business days internationally.
During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes.
How much does delivery cost?
It will cost $15 for all orders placed within Australia.
For international delivery, your delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery country.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details.
Do you deliver to my country?
Send us an email and we will organise a special courier to deliver to your country.
How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we may be able to amend the delivery address. Please get in contact with our customer service team at eucoaus@gmail.com as soon as possible to let them know about the issue. Please ensure you have the order number included in your message.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
The parcel will be left in a secure location if possible. If there is nowhere secure enough to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card and you will need to contact the relevant company to organise another delivery.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses or Parcel Lockers?
If parcel sent via Post office yes, if other courier unfortunately no.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, if you are home when the parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign for the delivery.

Will I have to pay Customs & Duty fees?
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected beforehand and are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Charges vary in each country.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Euco Australia does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Why can’t certain items be shipped internationally?
Products classified as Dangerous Goods are at risk of being rejected by certain countries. Aerosols, for example, cannot go via Air internationally.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, our standard shipping method is at $15 for Australia. If you would like to have this sent in express shipping just get in touch with us and we will charge you the difference for it.
